Gachapon items

    There is no point in us getting the old forging manuals from Gachapon if we can't use them.
    I just spent 50m (i am rather new to the server) on items to make a few of them in the omega sector and apperantly i can't make them.
    Time and effort wasted.

    Go to the glimmer man in NLC he will forge everything for you:)
