Which has better odds a chaos scroll from mushroom shrine or a white scroll from nlc? In general which gachapon has better stuff nlc or mushroom shrine?
I think they are all pretty balanced in terms of output of items, that is, random probability to obtain any of those items that you have said, and more. You could do a really good Gashapon run in NLC and then do another run there with mostly potions at hand. Similarly this could occur at a Mushroom Shrine Gashapon run, or vice versa.
