I had the gr2d problem. I reinstalled my operating system and changed compatibility to win 98. Now, when I click exe file the game does not start and no errors accur. I mean, really nothing happens when i launch it. What should I do?

I attached a SS. After I press 'run' nothing happens.

 

Have you been able to connect to the game at all so far? Also, I remember someone saying they were using WinXP - is that you?

 

can you post a picture with your problem, or the reacction of the mapletoyals.exe when you open it

 

I do have XP Professional. Changed Compatibility to Win 98 (if I don't, I receive gr2d error).
After launching nothing happens (no black screen, no errors, just nothing).

 

Have you tried running Setup.Exe within the MapleRoyals folder? I believe that adjusts your display settings and perhaps will fix the Gr2d issue?

 

The g2rd does not occur any more. What is my problem is that nothing happens after launching exe file. Did run setup. It showed me moving icon with alt+h. Trying to re-download MapleRoyals.

 

If you run it and nothing happens open your task manager, go to processes, and close the MapleRoyals process. Sometimes Royals is running without it actually opening, closing the process and reopening the client should work if this is the issue.

 

The process shuts down automatically within ~3 seconds.

Re-downloading did not help as well. Is there any way 'something' shuts it down for me?

 

Even with antivirus off, the thing is the same. My firewall lets mapleroyals.exe to do whatever it wants. I'm kinda running out of ideas how to fix it :/.
