It seems like i have been unable to vote on gtop. After i press "here", i get forwarded to this page. (Happened to me on my mac) if you need anymore help to distinguish the problem, just ask meh.
gtop100 website is down for some reason. I'm not sure why but that's probably why you are unable to vote. I'm guessing they will fix it soon tho.
