If you had a character that was affected by the remote hack please let me know the names of the characters that were affected so that I can restore the items from a backup. List: Heartless Jackass
I' having trouble recovering the items from the backup. The only way to do it will take like 1 hour of work per character. Unless I rollback everyone but I don't think people want that. So the only (probably easier) other option is for GM's to recreate your items in game by comparing them to the database backup.
for some reason when i'm tring to log into idolic's account it says the password is incorecct , maybe because thom banned my account?
It should not say incorrect password if you are banned. I took the ban off now though. Regarding the lost items, I need to go out for a couple of hours now. Hopefully I can figure out an easier way to recover the items later.
MuleBeach was taken care of. Anyone else remote hacked, move your items or anything you don't roll backed off of the character, then post here. Once you post here, DO NOT LOG INTO THAT CHARACTER until you have been told by Matt or myself that your character has been rolled back.
Thanks alot again, But I forgot that before you rollbacked me I had 16 apples on mulebeach and after you rollbacked me 20 (because 20 were stolen) so If I could get these 16 apples too that would be great and now about Idolic , not much was stolen , just around 1.8b , and someitems that I was wearing (8 int 13 m.att shield , 7 int 13 m.att earrings , 8 int rac and 12 int 159 elewand) Is there any other way I could get these items w/o full inv rollback?
DaddysHome has been rolled back. Can't give you back the apples on MulesBeach. Idolic I can give back the mesos but I can't do certain equips/items. I need to either do all or none.
Ok , so can you rollback Idolic? and If the items that I named before were ON ME , will I still get them?
