    Hello. You are not banned. You are connecting with an invalid mac address (00-00-00-00-00-00) and will need to remove it to connect again. Normally this is from a VPN connection.

    I’m not sure off the top of my head. If you are using a VPN, your best bet would be to contact your VPN provider and inquire with them.
