Any GM here? I recently purchased RoyalPoints but it never showed up in my account. My bank account is charged. can someone please help?

I have wrote two emails containing receipt from the bank/paypal to admin email.

For problems related to Royal Points, not having received RP, or bought it on the wrong account, you shall make a thread at here
Also added ur IGN/SS of ur receipt for staff to check out the info. (that part of forum is private to only you and staff members.)

 

Still there's no one responding to me till today, do u know any of them?

 

Try to bump ur thread and @ admins there.
