My character is currently a lv30 warrior. but when fighting monsters lv18 ~ all attacks miss, there is no damage, why is that? and what do I do if I can't beat a monster to level up?
Dark axe Stumps have higher avoid than your accuracy. You have 4 base dex and 0 +acc it looks like, at 11 Acc I would suggest buying some sniper pills from Ludi; they give +10 Acc and try to get a fish spear; or any other weapon than gives you acc. Fish spear gives i think 20ac
Accuracy is more important than dex. Try not to add too much dex. Can get accuracy equips or use accuracy potions which are cheap. 1dex=.8acc I think
As a start you can also scroll a warrior overall with 100% overall dex scrolls which are purchased in Kerning from the NPC (you can get 10 dex using this method)

I think i saw an accuracy calculator on the appstore on android, if you have a phone download it lol it will tell you how much accuracy you need to hit certain mobs
