Are you using a VPN? You're attempting to log in from a previously banned IP. Try resetting your modem and let me know what happens!
You may have to try using a PAID VPN to access the game, your account, IP, and MAC are not blocked but your Internet Service Provider may be blocking you from accessing the game.
VPN means changing the IP Adress right? i have no problem to buy that service tho my friends tells me that it is ilegal to use in this server so how do i do that?
No, if you use a public VPN you can easily get caught up with a banned IP. If you use a private paid for VPN you should be okay to connect.
Yes and IP addresses are assigned dynamically via the ISP, but if you have not yet even played the game and no one else in your household has and gotten banned, then your ISP assigned you a banned IP. Resetting the modem will usually fix it but sometimes it can be a few days to change over.
