    what kind of ban message are you getting? your account, ip and mac are not banned

    Sorry, I tried at my office IP was banned together with my other account which is playing another job.
    I can't recall the ign, only remember was a level 15 swordman. Don't mind please help to check.. All i could recall now is my user id was [cencored]. Sorry to post out my id, I couldn't recall back. Thanks in advance!

    If one character is banned, then every single account old and new will be banned too. Permanent ban is for you as a player, not just your character.

    The reason you gave seem like a great joke. Just a casual question and lead to a ban on an ip address. I had a great laugh over it, thanks manz!
