Why do you think you got banned?:can't log in, post situation in technic help, someone the IP address is baned because I use a public network. I is accomation network so lots of people use it.
Ban message when attempting to log In: nothing, freeze after press log in, did not go next step.

I think u need check this. I only use two account on my computer and I only vote once per 24 hours with two accounts. I don't think I have that character.

 

I think I found the problem. When I move to this building I ask a friend to play with me and I also give him my second account and forums account. So I think he is the one who get banned. I am sure that I only use my main account in my computer and I didn't do anything wrong with it. So I think I am responsible for this. Anyway, I guess the mapleroyals is not for me anymore.
