Hello Royals Staff, IGN: SoggyWaffles Last thing you did: Attempt to log in Ban message when attempting to log in: No message, nothing happens What GM that banned you: No idea, not sure if ban At last my school finals are finished, and I was excited to move back home for the holidays. But alas, upon returning home, I find myself unable to log into the game. I enter my password, press log in like usual, but then nothing happens. I have tried opening and closing multiple times and resetting my router, but neither had any effect. At first I thought it was lag, but even after waiting for 5 minutes, nothing happens. The only conclusion I can make is that my IP has been blocked or something similar. I last logged in successfully a few hours ago, approximately 4:30 PM, Dec 11 from my shared house up in the town of my Alma Mater. I arrived at my permanent home, about 1 hours drive away, at 7 PM, Dec 11. The last thing I did was set up my FM shop on my main (SoggyWaffles) and my mule. I said a casual bye to my guild and logged off. I did not get any GM message or any other warning at all, and I definitely do not hack or cheat. I'd very much like to get back in the game, especially to experience the Christmas event! I can provide any additional information at your request, if I can. You're right, I haven't been officially banned, but my connection definitely seems blocked. I've been IP banned on maple GMS back in 2008 (later appealed), and I'm experiencing the same symptoms here on royals. I do not know why or how I've been blocked, I have no live relatives or friends that play royals ( unfortunately), so I do not know of anyone who might have banned from royals at this house. Is it not possible for you to check my IP with your blocked lists? If nothing shows up, I guess I won't be able to play at all until I start my spring semester...
I did check both our list of IP bans and MAC bans, and you don't show up on either, so as far as I know, we're not blocking you in any way.
I did a complete fresh re-install of the game files and client, and even disabled my antivirus and firewall, but yet I am still unable to log in... I guess no winter event for me :[
The problem persists at my main house. However i am back in my university town, and i have no connections problems here. This will only be problematic when i go back to visit, like spring or summer break.
