Krexel Prequest

I'm attempting to do the krexel prequests, as you can see in the picture i just finished the quest Savior of Ulu City but Ralph the Wanderer won't let me hand it in.

I've tried forfeiting the quest twice already but the problem still occurs.

 

You hand that in at Commando Jim, who is in the first (I think) ulu map.

just talked to commando jim and he did take the quest. This thread can be closed
