This guys a well known leech scammer. Sucks to be scammed but it’s a lesson learned. In the future check out the community blacklist and search the seller before you purchase from them.
For these cases, you'd preferably make a report here. https://royals.ms/forum/forums/reports.7/create-thread However, if you had further evidence giving timestamps through ~servertime and ~mapowner, it would be enough to most likely constitute a ban under objectionable behavior. Especially if its from a recurring player.
He will actually refund you if you bother him about it Cause his 'story' is that his network is unstable (for months)
