Lost password

Hi, I had to take a break from playing royals for a while, and when I came back this summer I couldnt log into one of my accounts. I think I may have forgotten the password and I dont know what steps to take to get my account back. Please let me know if there is any way I can get my characters back!

You need to send a PM to either John or Katsuruka with the following information:

1) Your account name
2) The date of birth associated with your account
3) The email address associated with your account
4) The sha-1 hash of a new password (the new password itself must be less than 12 characters long)

To get the sha-1 hash of your new password, go here:
http://www.sha1-online.com/

Enter your password there and press the "hash" button, then paste the hash into the PM.
