If you have access to your email address our Control Panel is now available for PIN/PIC resets. Otherwise, I would follow the guide linked just above.
Thanks! I did search for how to do this and tried the control panel, but I thought it was just for PIN resets. All the info I could find was an old post saying I had to post a thread. Sorry to take up your time, it's all working now. Cheers!
