I tried the maximum number of times to enter my pin upon receiving a prompt when logging in. none of the 4 number combinations i have used worked and i am now locked out of my account. Neither administrator i know to be assigned to this issue is logged on. I could use some help with this if anyone has the authority.
My account is also blocked because of numerous failed attempts if that helps at all. In addition, is there another admin that can handle this situation for time's sake? If so, what would be the best and fastest way to get a hold of/response from any of them? i began a conversation with both admins listed above with no response from either.
You will have to wait and be patient, there are only the two admins that can handle these cases for the 1,000+ players in the community. If you haven't heard back from them after 48 hours, you can bump the message again.
would i need to go to andreas or tim to get my account unblocked as well or can any administrator take care of that?
