To whom it may concern, I recently logged back into the game and realize that I was equipped with both the angelic label ring and white label ring. This is weird because I vividly remember that I had an angelic quote and label ring equipped before I last logged out. So I was wondering if its possible for technical glitch to cause such phenomenon to occur?
You wouldn't happen to have a before & after screenshot on hand, would you? I'm not sure if anything can be done about this.. I'm 99% positive that the gm's don't return misplaced items, I'd go through and doublecheck all of your chars, accounts, cash shop inventory, etc. I hope you find it!
Thanks for the response. Damnn really wish I took a screenshot before I unequipped the ring. Yeah I'm also pretty positive that it was not misplaced but replaced. Unfortunately, I don't really have any substantial evidence to provide here, just praying that the gm has some sort of ledger that keep taps on transactions.
