Not Bug Lycanthrope's Plans

    Hello
    It seems like the item does not drop, I have been farming for about two hours.
    The respawn time for Lycanthropes is also very long. I can clear out all 20 channels (2 maps) and they don't respawn in that time. Might not be a bug though.

    Tested the quests and the Lycanthrope's Plan does drop.
