How do i start the marriage quest. I looted a free ticket so i didnt buy but when i talk to moony he doesnt have quest

I think that Garbaggio really fits with this idea of an alliance that we've had since this alliance was created, and it's always been something that I think that we've been driving toward. I think that using a name that is not Garbaggio was causing the alliance to be used in ways it was not intended. Despite how everyone feels about Garbaggio, I really think that Garbaggio is truly the right direction for this alliance, even though it is not popular.

is there a level requirement for apq? I wana do it on my 42 sin to get through the hell lvls lol . Lpq is cancer
