Assuming I didnt miss any post regarding this recently when looking through the pages and searching, I'd like to request getting this hair on royals. I used about the same amount of mesos on REG tickets in ariant as the person from that post and also tried in mu lung to see if it was there, but I still havent got it after about 150 attempts in total. Either its not available which I believe, or its just damn hard to get.
