Not Bug Missing NPC's

I'm having this issue, after yesterday's update most of the NPC's are missing, like they're disappeared. I don't know if it's something with my client, or someone else is having the same problem. Anyone knows how can I fix that? Thanks!

I just downloaded the new client and still I have at least 1 missing NPC. Mrs. Ming Ming is showing up on my mini-map but I can't actually see her. I have a quest to turn in with her, so it's pretty annoying I can't see or talk with her lol.

 

are you sure you are using the new client? what date does it say on the window title?

 

It says Jan 27 2025 on the window
