IGN: ItsBubo Problem: SP are missing from my character resulting in me not begin able to progress any further. Details: Hey, I've quit the game a year ago because of an unresolved issue with my character and I made a post about it. The Issue occurred after I've been inactive for a while and on my return my Skill Points were resetted. Previous Post: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/skill-point-issues.134594/ I quit the game because I thought this issue were something I could resolve as I accepted the answer given in the previous thread and tried to resolve the issue myself with the instructions I was provided. Upon my return and further investigation I realized this is not the case since the total amount of skill points is actually missing, making it impossible for me to resolve the issue by myself using skill point resets. After investing 150k NX I keep receiving the same error message no matter what order I try to move the skill points in. I've attached a picture showing my Skill tree, SP amount and a Hero Guide to show how much SP I'm supposed to have. as shown in the picture i'm missing points in each Job advancement Tab making it impossible with any type of combination to fix it with resets. IF POSSIBLE could I have a refund on my NX? I'm willing to share screen and answer any questions to show further proof . Thanks in advance.
Have reminded the Admin to look into your SP issue They may need some time to investigate how it occurs to prevent a similar scenario in the future
I’d also like to add that sometimes it can be deemed a player error, and I think that’s what happened, I’m not 100% sure since I am not an Admin haha. We’ll have to see what the Admin says during the next SC because mine didn’t get answered from July
