hi! i dont know if this is the right section to put this thread but recently i wanted to play mapleroyals again and I found out that my old account was banned with a message saying 'ID was removed or blocked from connection'. I dont remember the IGNs of that account. I was wondering if its possible for me to create and have a new account or would that result in banning?
If you are still blocked after restarting router, make a ban appeal at https://royals.ms/forum/forums/ban-appeal.8/ Your old account might be banned due to hacked, need to clarify with the Admins
Yup, turns out my old account was hacked after making a ban appeal. I can still make a new account right? Don't think i'll be using my old one even if the ban is lifted
