I believe people are having random NPC issues because of this. Different types of NPCs will open up options from other NPCs at random times when you click them. Example: Fredrick opens up ellinia's ticket usher NPC options.
"This isn't a bug specific to the donator NPC. We recently upgraded to the latest version of Java, but as it doesn't support "ImportPackage" used by many NPCs, we had to add a line of code to make them work properly. Somewhere along the line, something went funky. We will be doing a fix for this very soon! " - Kat.
