Could you try storing the item into your cash shop inventory? They should disappear. An Admin will look into this issue and refund your bugged item the next server check, apologies for any inconvenience.

 

hey and thanks for the replay. could I save it in my inventory and use it till the server check or i need to put it rn in the cash shop?
