    You have might have been assigned a random ip that has been used by someone that has been banned.
    Restart router for quick fix

    Do not use a free VPN for the similar reasons.

    You could actually be banned - make a ban appeal.

    He say( this us an id that has been deleted or blocked from connection), how I fix this?

    This isn't a technical help issue.

    It says that because you were caught using hacks and were banned.

    You cannot connect anymore. And do not make a new account, because you as a person are banned.
