Looks like malware, first check that you don't have any dodgy browser plugins installed, and also run a anti-malware scan.
Just started up com and chrome, royals.ms was the first site I went to. I don't install plugins usually, but checked it in case, only skype and bookmarks. Just did thanks for heads up! Never got this kind of stuff before though while browsing other pages.
