Closed Possible Ban

I'm unable to login and when I try it says "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection". I think I possibly got banned but have no ID why...

That is the only character I have

 

You do not appear to be banned on our end, so you might be trying to login from a connection that was previously banned. Are you using a VPN?

 

im not sure... it's the same network I always used to log in :/

 

I didn't play since 04/01 so not too sure if the update has anything to do with it?

 

Are you updated to the current files? There was an update on 04/01 to the new easter events. If not, I suggest you uninstall and re-download the game.

Yes, that's the correct link. Try power cycling your router and see if you are able to get a new connection. In the meantime, I will forward this thread to an admin so they can check if there are any other issues. Please reply here to let us know if you are able to log back in again.

Hi, I tried everything and it still isn't working.. After restarting my router I uninstalled and re-downloaded but still same message :c

 

I see... could you lmk why my IP address was banned? Nobody else plays but me and I most definitely don’t hack :/ I’m trying to reconnect to a new one but how can I prevent this from happening again when I didn’t even know my IP Address was banned from the start?
