problem installing

    I have I can install the game correctly I download it as new and I can not install I need help I get an error as it says in the photo

    Make sure to disable your antivirus and firewall. If that doesn't help, keep both turned off and try downloading the setup again.

    I downloaded it now says this error code 2147467261
