    Can the lvl 8 wooden wand be made as a skin that can be purchased in Cash Shop?

    But can the wooden wand be made as an exclusive skin? for example there are shoes in the cash shop called "Ragged Korean Rubber Shoes" that look exactly like the Black Gomushin.

    We have given the 'make it an NX item' solution countless times and as soon as you give that answer, GMs stop responding.
