during recent bug/server problem, beside merchant item lost my character seem to be deleveled? is it roll back to few hours before crash? or i just totally lost everything i hunt&exp?
When the server isn't shut down properly, a rollback occurs (usually whenever a merchant issue occurs). In yesterday's crash, exactly this happened and there was a rollback.
