Closed Rollback losses

IGN: Apprevoise, MoriForest
Problem: Eye of Fire missing from bishop's inventory, Zakum helmet rolledback to previous one
Details: Started zakum solo before 10am-ish server time, got a new Zakum helmet but rollback reverted it back to the previous one. Just curious if I can get it back or not.

I can provide another screenshot with my computer's time to validate the time I attempted the aforementioned zakum if needed, not shown here due to privacy. Let me know if it's necessary.

So not even the EoF? Logged back inside zak, EoF consumed, no zak was summoned.

Cmon at least throw me something...
