I wanted to ask something:
Is it true that the monsters called P slime-
the blue jelly slimes Drop Stormcaster Gloves?
If it is not true , then from what can ppl get it?

SCG only come from ITCG crafting.

P slimes actually do exist, though only GMs can summon them. There was actually a story with a gm who abused them to make overpowered items lol

I believe they were removed after that incident (quite awhile after tho iirc)
