I know I can't lift up my ban until the date I mention above.

Hi GMs, am I possible to get unbanned by few hours earlier than 12:02:22 server time?
Or I only can be unbanned at 12:02:22 server time.

 

You will only be unbanned at the time I stated as ban goes by days, not hours.
