sharing account

    Hello

    I recently started playing this server and i saw something coming up about people who got banned for sharing accounts.
    Now my question is how do you know if people share accounts? Cause my parents got devorced so i play with differend ip's so does this count as account sharing?
    Or how do you guys know if someone is account sharing?
    And i made 2 accounts 1 for main and 1 for hs mule can i both enter the accounts at different ip's?
    And i play with differend pc's to.
