Hello. We have decided to lift your shoutbox ban. Please note, if you join in on inciting flame wars in the future through the shoutbox, or violate any other forum rules through the shoutbox, your next shoutbox ban will be permanent.
So here comes to question when it cannot be lifted? It's pretty grey area with the rules. What rules applies on the decision whether lift the ban or remain permanent?

Nobody asked you to make assumptions ban me for based evidence not for what I might sounds like. It's for the massive report about what happened there before I got banned. I disagree with another person unban which makes me think why did I got ban. All I can think off out of the conversation at that time is false accusation which is not against the rules. Which made me to ban evade to collect more evidence against those I wanna report. What reason I got banned for? I would like the specific phrase I wrote that cause my the ban please.

I completely understood. It's seems you are the actual one who misunderstood me. I was ban evading in order to gather evidence in first place because I was shoutbox AND FORUM banned. Why did I got the forum ban in first place? If I only got banned for flaming from shoutbox. I will mention it again : I BAN EVADED AFTER FORUM BAN Shouldnt I suppose to be banned from shoutbox only? YES OR NO?
I think you have remembered the order of events wrongly You were initially only given a shoutbox ban (0 WP issued) You wanted to access Shoutbox again so you created 2nd forum I banned your 2nd forum permanently and gave your main forum 20 WP Your main forum was in a 3-day ban due to 20 WP given You ban evaded again with the 3rd forum I banned your 3rd forum permanently and gave your main forum 20 WP again (40 WP in total) Your main forum was in a 7-day ban due to 20 WP given (40 WP in total) Your main profile forum's ban (40 WP) was a result of your ban-evading, you were not issued any other additional WP As per your forum profile, you only have 40 WP (from the 2 x ban-evading)
