Hi I am just playing with 31 hunter. I think there is skill bigs in game. First, arrow bomb has no more stun to monster. Second, skill macro do not work well. And more, I can't see buff skill's effect on right top. And buff skill isn't work well. For example, my 'focus' do not effect on my hunter. My accuracy didn't rise after using skill. Thanks for all your work. See this and fix those of bugs plz. Thanks.
There are quite a few skills that are currently broken and the staff knows about them. They're concentrating on the bigger issues before fixing smaller things like that. Don't worry - almost every character has at least one skill that's broken. For you, it's Focus. For me, it's Bless and Invincible.
Refer to https://royals.ms/forum/threads/new-source-bugs-master-list.87288/ for the list of skills that are working, or not. Macro is a known bug as well. All of these will be fixed in the near future as Kevin, the developer, is focusing on the dc issue as it's the highest priority.
