Nope. The elewand 7 gives a extra bonus on ice based skills, like blizzard. The 8 in other hand, will benefit the lightning based skills like chain lightning for example. This is a one of a kind wand!
nop,it's not. ele7 +25%but ele8 +10%.but, if you use chain lightning ,you will get 25% boost.for exmaple you can hit 60k or 70k at fb when you use lightning.and you can use 4time of lightning as same of 1 time bilz,more dps but few ppl play in that way.it only depends on the way you play your i/l mage.XD
