Closed SP reset?

Problem: messed up Skill points

Details: I'm new to the game, and I misplaced a good few of my Job 1 and a couple of my Job 2 skill points, I accidentally also put a Job 2 skill point in job 1 qvq so... If it's possible can I please have a sp reset, thank you for your time.

 

GMs don't refund for player mistakes. :/ You either have to buy SP resets or remake the character.

 

Really? I've seen other threads where they have, is it new that they don't do it anymore?
