   SO... I'm confused. Does it makes your weapon avg or gives you more stats?

   It can be under to average to over.
   
   For example a beginners sword ranged from 15-19 atk with 17 being average. If you forged without stimulator you'll always get 17. If you forge with with one you can get 15-19 and it also has 10% chance boom rate so you get nothing at all.
