Hi, I bought a stirge on a string the other day and was wondering where people even get them? Gachapon maybe? Also is it possible to upgrade them via Stirgeman in NLC? The upgraded stirge items aren't in the library...
They are a reward from the Halloween Event. Fairly easy to obtain during it too. And as far as I know, there is no way to upgrade them(at least in old source).
