IGN: backro Problem: So my store was closed after cooldown, and I went to retrieve my items from Frederick (although all my items were sold) but Frederick isn't responding when I click on him. So I try and create a store and it says to retrieve item from Fredrick.. Also every time I click Fredrick I cant cc, or enter any FM, or talk to NPCS Any help would be appreciated
I believe this happens when you collect meso but not items (as in, you click the meso instead of the organize button) from your store and then let it expire. You'll have to wait until a server check and it should be fixed
As per what Sylafia have mentioned, the issue is self-resolved when server check (or patch) occurs Would recommend using "Organize" button to avoid this bug
