I don't know if it's different where you live, but where I live this is perfectly acceptable between 2 friends. In All chat (such as in the FM) or in smegas is where it's not allowed. Regardless of if it means "friend" to you or not, its' a derogatory term and not allowed in public areas here. See you in 3 days
