I can not play with the chief bandit because most of his skills do not work. But I'm optimistic and I wanted to say thanks to the admins for the hard work regarding debugging
I know it has nothing to do with the skill issues but I am having a problem too. It is the server having issues after an update? I can't see anyone else on any map except Free Market. There's no one on Henesys, neither Ludibrium, Kerning City, neither in the PartyQuest lobbies. It's a problem from an update or something?

I think I shouldn't reply after Andreas have "closed" the thread, but I have a low level CB as well (which is my main right now, fun af job) so I feel like giving my 2 cents on this: It's not THAT bad. The only bugged skills are steal (not sure on this one), chakra, ME, and assaulter stun (the skill itself is working). Yeah, you can't fly through the 3rd job in 2 days with ME, but you can still grind/farm items. Even meso guard is working fine so you still save pots. Take your time stuff and don't mind this small issue, CS/char creation/registration/scrolling are much more important than bombing bosses and getting to 4th job in 2 days.
