    I am 200LV and I already got the Hog but I can't get Red Dragon. why?

    You need a silver mane. If you get a error and you have a silver mane, unequip it and hand in the quest again to receive the Draco.

    Did you obtain your Hog before new source?

    Make sure your Hog is level 3 and above in order to do the Silver Mane quest.
