I'm sure Cocozzi had no malevolent intent in what he said, and it was meant purely as a joke. Almost everyone in Cerulean places their shops in CC6 FM 6, which makes it convenient access when distributing splits, especially considering we host Horntail runs every day, and are very inclusive on who gets to join them. This diversity obviously creates for a large array of different people expecting splits. Channel 6 FM 6 is a really specific location, and doesn't really serve for any sort of market advantage whatsoever; of course no one can stop Jushiro from placing their shop there, but it results in a strange/confusing process when distributing splits, when people from outside the guild start coming in and placing their shop there. To add on to that, sometimes people use shop mules, and forget to add their main (the participant in the boss run) IGN in the title of their shop, so this just adds on to the confusion. Even though this matter is trivial, so is any advantage that Jushiro might gain from placing their shop in this specific FM, and Cerulean members that lose the ability to place their shop here have to find some way of informing the Squad leader of where their shop is if they have to log out of the game. No one's stopping Jushiro from placing their shop in Ch 6 FM 6, but it arises many issues for guild members if they cannot find space, which Cocozzi wanted to make Jushiro aware of, but in a more joke-like approach.

Anyone can set up a shop in any room as long as there's an open spot. If Jushiro feels he's legitimately being harassed after placing a shop in ch6 fm6, he's got the Report Abuse section to voice his concerns.

And personally, I wouldn't even open a shop in ch6 fm6 if you paid me to.
