I know maybe you are busy or don wanna waste time explaining a small thing. Not a serious problem but u should ask him to use a correct format b4 answering his question.
Yeah, you're right. I was doing multi-tasking when I saw his appeal, and I want to get to him quickly seeing how he spammed the shoutbox and stuffs (unless you guys want to further entertain him). Sometimes I tend to be lax on certain things depending on situation, but if he didn't go around spamming the shoutbox etc, I would've followed protocol and asked him to follow the format. Since this is a feedback directed personally at me; Noted on it, thread closed.
