Duplicate trade unsusccesful

hey guys im trying to trade some items like raggedy cape and a few other nx items to a friend he is empty on all slots and it goes trade unsuccessful

 

Try trading the NX items & the non-NX items at different times.

 

still no success. also both players have quit and reopened their game clients

What NX items are you trying to trade & have you tried dropping them?

 

yes we tried dropping, glowy shoes, and black overall and clover earrings
