Closed Unban Appeal

I would like to appeal to unban my account.

I was banned for multi voting many years ago. i started playing again on new account last year and got banned again for evasion. ( i really thought my account was lost, couldn't retrieve them back and not able to login since 2018)

Can i appeal for a unban? the multi-voting was dated many years ago and i didn't use the vote points to buy anything as i stopped playing entirely on those account.

Appreciate the attentions.
